Father of Kidnapped OC Boys Surrenders, Boys Still Missing

23-year-old Abraham Fernandez, the father of the two boys, turned himself in to authorities Monday in Harris County, Texas.

The boys' grandfather, 52-year-old Louis Fernandez, remains outstanding.

There is no word on the whereabouts of 2-year-old Justin Quinones and his brother, 4-year-old Jacob Quinones, who were abducted Oct. 7. by two men in a minivan, according to authorities.

Police initially thought they may be headed to Mexico.

The boys' mother, 24-year-old Susana Quinones, made an impassioned plea for the safe return of her sons, saying she would not press charges in return.
