Man Arrested Near Paris Hilton's Home

TMZ.com reported that Hilton saw the man on security cameras and called police. Authorities said the arrest was made near Hilton's home in the hills above Sherman Oaks.

The man, in his 40s, was arrested about 6:30 a.m. PT, said Richard French  of the Los Angeles Police Department. No injuries were reported.

Authorities did not confirm whether the man was carrying knives or other weapons at the time of the arrest.
