During the month of June, California American Water customers in Southern California will receive a Consumer Confidence Report. Most reports will be direct mailed to customers' homes; however, some will arrive as an insert in customers' water bills. The reports, which are required for the majority of water systems in the United States by the Environmental Protection Agency, aim to educate customers about where their water comes from and what's in it.
